The programme is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in the production of food, snacks catering and drinks together with tailoring and dressmaking technology. The program is an immersive journey into the world of entrepreneurship skills in food production, pattern drafting, and sewing. With a perfect blend of hands-on training and theoritical knowledge, students will delve into food production, dress making and learn how to bring their creative vission to life.

The aim is to impart participants with knowledge and practical skills through a hands-on training methodology. The courses range from introductory to advanced levels. Also, this course will introduce student to the knowledge and use of databases; security; Windows (GUI); information networks; information technology and society, PowerPower presentations and developing databases applications. Furthermore, at the end this course student will acquire skills in the use of statistical packages for analysis of data.
